Southern Community Media Association announces extremely competitive member’s rates for defamation insurance

 The Southern Community Media Association announced today that it has negotiated an extremely competitive rate for member stations for defamation, Directors and Officers, Volunteers, Public Liability and General Insurances.
 
 This offer is open to all financial members of the Southern Community Media Association and could prove to provide both substantial savings as well as increased benefits.
 
 The Association President Mr. Graeme Macartney said “that defamation insurance was as a very necessary part of the Community Broadcasting and should be at the top of the insurance shopping list for every community broadcaster.” He went on to say “We have been able to negotiate some outstanding deals for most of the insurance needs of our member stations.”
