Detailed Conference Schedule is on SCMA Website
The CEO of Southern Community Media Association announced that a full detailed National Regional, Rural and Sub Metro Broadcasters Conference schedule was now available on the Associations web site www.scma1.com
The President of the Southern Community Media Association Mr. Graeme Macartney said “The schedule contains information on Plenary Sessions and Workshops including a little about each workshop and who is presenting the session. With the conference now just on Nine weeks away the workshops and presenters are being finalised and tightened up. There are always those circumstances that mean that a presenter is not available for one reason or another and in those situations we try to replace the presenter and keep the topic where ever possible”.
Just about all you will need to know about this years National Regional, Rural and Sub Metro Broadcasters Conference including registration forms and information can be found on the Southern Community Media Associations web site www.scma1.com and then follow the links to Conference 2008.
There is also information on the X awards including entry forms and entry information for these prestigious awards as well as information on the Southern Community Media Association and how your station can become involved in this dynamic and ever growing organisation.
The National Regional, Rural and Sub Metro Broadcasters Conference will be held in Ballarat Victoria Starting with the Free welcome BBQ on Friday May 2nd and concluding after the last session on Sunday May 4th 2008.
All members of the community Broadcasting Sector are more than welcome to attend the conference regardless of membership status with the Association.
